THE CLIENT

Orange Business Services (OBS) is part of the France Telecom Group, featuring a range of managed services including WAN and LAN security, security, mobility, voice, video and consulting services. In 2006, they engaged p3m global for PMP training preparation, but would soon develop a wider range of solutions.
WHY P3M GLOBAL?

The working relationship between p3m global and OBS started in 2006 with a need for project management training – specifically, Project Management Professional (PMP). Thanks in part to our thorough, holistic approach to training, OBS extended the engagement, retaining p3m global to develop and implement a best practice Project Management Methodology, Synergy, based on the PMI PMBoK.
Further, p3m global recently completed a thorough refresh of the Synergy standard to bring it right up to date by aligning it with the 5th Edition of the PMBoK.
Further engagements have included Project Audits (Globally) and PM Competency Assessments.
Today, OBS cites p3m global’s work as crucial in understanding the value of project & programme management, as well as more efficient resource allocation, informed decision making and buy-in for the P3M function from staff to executive level.
